Sky House – premium class residential complex

The residential complex Sky House is located in Mytnaya street, Yakimanka area, vladenie 40-44 close to “Oktyabrskaya” underground station.
It is a multifunctional complex consisting of four residential blocks of different heights (29 and 22 floors), accompanied by a 9-floor office building with underground and surface parking, a fitness club with a sport school for children, a sauna, a swimming pool, a spa-center and even a football field. There is planned an exclusive landscape design and gardening.

The complex will be run by its own maintenance service.

The residential space accounts for 61,500 sq.m. (539 apartments), administrative part – for more than 40 000 sq.m., parking for about 40 000 sq.m. (1379 car places) and the fitness club for more than 2 500 sq.m.
