Тagansky business park

Тagansky business park is a new business district in the city, with a total area of 534,380 m2. It is located close to such busy thoroughfares as Ryazansky Prospect, Volgogradsky Prospect and the Third

Transportation Ring. This project was designed by the renowned RTKL architectural firm. It includes business, commercial and entertainment space, residential apartments and a hotel.

The project stipulates construction of eight buildings, including five office ones (from 12 to 28 floors), a multifunctional 4 floors building, two buildings (40 and 26 floors) for the 4-star hotel and apartments. The entertainment part of the complex will include a cinema, a fitness club and an entertainment zone.
