Aerovokzal

MCG acquired “Aerostar” Hotel in Leningradsky prospect, 37 and the Aerovokzal located nearby in the end of 2007.

The Aerovokzal building is now used as an air terminal and a shopping centre with administrative premises.

It is planned that in 2013 on the land plot where at present there are located the hotel and the air terminal there will be built a multifunctional complex several thousand square meters large, including an A class office centre consisting of five 10-floor buildings with underground parking, shopping area, a hotel, a congress-hall, entertainment centre and apartments.

The first floors of the office buildings will supposedly station restaurants and cafes, banks, insurance companies, etc.

It is also planned to construct business class residential houses with underground parking.
