Mr. Pavel Yakovlevich Fuks
Pavel Fuks was born in the city of Kharkov (Ukraine) 27.10.1971. Graduated from Kharkov State University in 1994. Field of specialization – economic and social planning.
In mid 1990-th Pavel Fuks moved to Moscow and like many others was involved in trade and manufacturing activities, including equipment supply to Gazprom and enterprises of the Ministry for Nuclear Energy.
In parallel in 1995-1999 Mr. Fuks was a councellor to the Chairman of the Board of «Prominvestbank».
In 2001 Pavel Fuks took decision to start development business. Together with his partners he built the award winning Kaluzhsky shopping mall in Moscow and successfully completed several large scale developments in the Moscow region.
In 2006 Mr. Fuks consolidated his real estate projects under MCG (MOS CITY GROUP) brand.
For his contribution to the development of Russian economy Pavel Fuks received an acknowledgment from President Putin.
